Nodules were found on my xray, but then it says no acute cardiopulmary disease noted. what does that mean?

Means no disease: This is to say that the heart chambers do not appear enlarged. No obvious calcifications are noted within the heart. No desease of the aorta or vena cava. And finally no pneumothorax, cavitary lesions, pneumonic processes or pleural effusions.
