Take a test: Implantation bleeding is not really as common as the internet would have you believe. When it does happen it's usually 6-12 days after ovulation. A pregnancy test is you miss your cycle is much more helpful. A toothache is not a sign of pregnancy but may indicate that you need to see a dentist

Defer: I defer to my OBGyn colleagues for answer to your question about bleeding. As to your second question, pregnancy does NOT cause toothache. The usual cause is infection. Please see your Dentist immediately. An infected tooth can cause a whole host of problems for both you and your unborn child.
