See your OB/GYN: This could be a Bartholin's gland cyst, I would see you family doctor or OB/GYN to be assessed this may need to be surgically drained, or a small catheter placed in the mass to drain it. In the meantime you can place a warm wet washcloth on the area to encourage draining. If you have pain or fever please be seen sooner.
