Many causes: This could be a sexually transmitted disease, such as chlamydia, gonorrhea or trichomonas, it could also be due to a cervicitis caused by other bacteria or yeast. Vaginal dryness or a sensitivity to latex condoms or any lubricant you are using could also cause this. Please see you family doctor or OB/GYN and get examined.
