Hello i have a question i am very irregular but for the past 2 months i been on the dot with my cycle but it's been over 7 days of just spotting?

Normal?: May be a change in your cycle that is now the new normal for you. Would wait 1-2 more cycles. If irregular in the time of onset of you period or the amount/type of bleeding then best to see your gyn provider for evaluation. hope this was helpful. Best of luck. Dr R
