You have allergy: Total IgE levels of 149 are nothing to worry about. It means that you are probably allergic to many different things. Levels of 30 to 700 ku/ml are considered the treatment range for allergic asthma for anti-IgE therapy. Patients with chronic skin conditions such as eczema usually have levels in the thousands. Review this with the doctor that ordered the test, will be able to give more insight.
