Lichen planus?: Most skin problems of the genital area are not STDs. Your description suggests lichen planus, which would be even more likely if you also have lacy white marks in your mouth, inside the cheeks. Google LP to find photos. It's not serious, easily treated. See your GP -- or to be sure you see an expert with lots of experience in genital lesions, your nearest NHS GUM clinic.
