"Tunnel of love": Your Fallopian tubes are the "tunnel of love" conducting a sperm to the egg and providing a pathway for the fertilized ovum back to the uterus. Your Tubal ligation has failed twice and if you don't mind then another pregnancy is bound to occur. The most likely site can be the tube itself which can be dangerous if rupture tubal rupture occurs. If you don't want to be pregnant again-contraception!
