Is an otc product for sleep of 3g glycine, 0.3g theanine and 2g magnesium lactate safe to take chronically? add to this 1.5mg klonopin (clonazepam).

Otc products: 1.5 mg Klonopin (clonazepam) should be enough to put you to sleep without adding anything else.
