A member asked:

I was diagnosed with hashimoto's thyroiditis as a child. i've never responded to meds so i don't take them. is there a diet that helps with this?

No: this is hard to answer. Are your thyroid tests are normal or not. I'm uncertain why you have not responded and you may discuss with your Physician about seeing an endocrinologist who is a specialist in thyroid disease. I wish there was a diet I could recommend but there is not one for this situation
