Hey recently my bf had his colonoscopy done and it was identified that three apthoid ulcer were found measuring 1 mm in the terminal ileum. biopsies were obtained but the biopsies reports says that they cannot identify the problem. do i need to worry ?

It depends: If the areas were biopsied and were completely normal, it depends on what symptoms he has and what his other tests showed. The concern when seeing aphthous ulcers in the ileum is for Crohn's disease.
