Hard to say: My best guess without examining you is that you have some inflammation in your shoulder. This commonly causes "radicular" symptoms down your arm... Neck also has to be examined.. Good news is that with proper treatment your likely to improve soon. I hope you can find even a primary care provider...No need for a specialist at this point.
