Neither one: None of the 3 components(Amoxicillin, Clavulanate, Cephalexin) of these antibiotics are ototoxic. Also, the potassium in the Clavulanate potassium is not enough to even worry about. It is only there to marry up with Clavulinic acid and make a neutral salt.
