High risk for sure: I can't say the chance you currently have an STD. Number of partners alone doesn't predict risk, also need to consider when, where, and how you select partners, frequency of condom use, and other things. But 20+ partners at your age (21) is a whole lot and you definitely need testing for common STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis) and HIV, maybe HSV. Also hep B and HPV vaccines if not yet done.

Things to consider: Anytime you have sex with a new partner, you are exposed to everyone that partner ever had sex with. Protection with a condom does not prevent transfer of all potentially infected fluids to all of your exposed body surfaces. With this in mind, it is likely you have one or more STD's, many of which can give you no symptoms, even ones that can cause sterility in females.
