Possibly: You could give it a try. It is really for superficial skin infections. You could also use lotion or some mild sort of healing ointment like A and D ointment. Don't use vaseline as it can block pores and set you up for a yeast infection.

Good Nutrition: Good nutrition with appropriate weight gain is critical to having a normal size infant. Do the appropriate testing for things like gestational diabetes at the right time. Avoid early elective inductions of labor. Have a good line of communication with your care giver and know their philosophy of labor and delivery.

It depends: Vaginal discharge will change throughout the menstrual cycle and can be a normal sign of the hormonal changes of pregnancy. On the other hand, vaginal odor can be a sign of bacterial vaginosis. Vaginal itching can be a sign of a yeast infection. Sometimes vaginal discharge can be a sign of a sexual transmitted infection. It is a good idea to get checked out.

Mother's hormones: When babies are first born, they have been growing in the presence of their mother's female hormones. After birth, the withdrawal of these hormones may cause a little bit of vaginal spotting for a few days, which is entirely normal.
A 65-year-old female asked:

Supportive ring: Rectocele occurs when pelvic floor muscle lose support; rectum, usually uterus, maybe bladder sag. Pessary is a ring inserted into vagina to help keep things up and perky (kind of like a vaginal truss). This helps keep the rectum straight (as name implies), and lets it do its job of evacuating stool out, not bulge into vaginal vault.

Muscle Tone: The "tightness" of the vagina refers to the muscle tone of the surrounding walls. Things can stretch these muscles out, such as vaginal child-birth. Other things can tighten the walls, such as kegel exercises.
