Not: When on Depo-Provera you generally do not ovulate. If you are saying you have not taken Depo-Provera for 2 years and still have no periods, then you have a problem. You are not ovulating. And that would require a fertility evaluation. Depo can last a long time in the body, 9 months being common, but 2 years is not likely.
