Different anatomy: Everyone's anatomy is slightly different such that not everyone matches up in every position. So if it's uncomfortable, why bother? Stick to what is fun & comfortable. Or try new ones. By the way, it might be your cervix that's getting hit. Some women don't like deep penetration so stick to positions that allow you to stay in control.
