A member asked:

Chronic subjective dizziness is my new diagnosis. ssri make me more lightheaded. what can i do? i do vestibular therapy.

SSRI might not work: If you were adequately diagnosed, your condition might be due to an anxiety disorder. In some cases Buspirone might be useful, as it has a different way to activate other receptors regulating anxiety. Ask your doctor if this is an alternative option for you. Cognitive Behavior Therapy is also a good alternative as well as other relaxation techniques.
