My gf has had recently cases of aura and deja vu followed by passing out. 3 in the last 6 months. she's had eeg and mri. found fluid in left temp lob?

Suggestions: She seems to have experienced complex partial seizures, but "fluid in left temp" is vague, and may indicate cyst. However, at this point, she needs neurological followup and should be taking anti-epileptic medications. A consult with a neurosurgeon may be useful. She should not drive, use power equipment, or do activities at heights at this time.
