These medications: are unlikely to stunt growth though lithium may lead to thyroid issues which may then affect growth. If it is a concern then a medical evaluation is recommended. Formula may predict: Add the mother's height and the father's height in either inches or centimeters. Add 5 in (13 cm) for boys or subtract 5 in (13 cm) for girls. Divide by two. Best regards.

No evidence: It appears that Quetiapine can actually increased muscle mass; lamotrigene long-term monotherapy was associated with normal body growth in pediatric and adolescent patients with epilepsy and Lithium response might be measured by mild increases of growth hormone. While these are not routine tests, it might be unlikely these meds might be hampering your growth. Talk to your doctor about it.
