ItWillNotHelpWithAnt: Even though Betamethasone is sometime recommended as an anti inflammatory cream for rash.But Shingles when treated with Antiviral Drugs and studies have shown that corticosteroids like betamethasone along with an antiviral medicine does not help any more than just taking antiviral drugs
