HARD TO SAY: Many times a woman can plan for a vaginal birth, while pre-planning for a urgent c-section if a problem arises in labor. Some c-sections safer based on fetal presentation (breech,transverse) others for fetal stress, or maternal condition. If you are healthy and have no condition that precludes trying, the choice is yours. Some would rather plan for a time and just have a c/s.
