Gonorrhea, chlamydia: Chlamydia and gonorrhea are the only STDs likely to cause pelvic/abdominal pain, due to pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection). Either can also cause burning with urination. But the main problems that cause genital burning in women are herpes and yeast infection, which don't cause pelvic pain. You could have more than one problem. PID is very serious; see a doctor ASAP.
