PID? UTI? Herpes?: If "burning" means painful urination, and if "cramping" means pain in the lower abdomen, it could be chlamydia or gonorrhea, perhaps with pelvic inflammtory disease (fallopian tube infection). Or maybe you have a non-STD urinary tract infection, which can cause painful urination and back pain. Herpes can cause burning pain, but not the rest. Don't try to guess or self-diagnose. See a doctor ASAP.

Several: You may have pelvic inflammatory disease. You need to be examined by your primary physician with a possible referral to GYN.
