See your doc: Stage 4 cancer can spread to many places in the body. Sometimes it causes pain directly, and other times it causes referred pain. The pain in your right side is likely direct pain, but the pain in your legs could be from tumor pressing on nerves in your back or spine. Blood clots can form in your legs, too, and this may cause pain. Either way, your pain can be treated, so see your doc!
