NO: Prednisone is a powerful adrenal hormone and it is not a fertility medication. Replacement of adrenal hormones in patients who have adrenal INSUFFICIENCY (Also called Addison's Disease) can be helpful if patient's with this disorder have fertility issues and (I suppose) in treating other diseases which respond to Prednisone. This drug should only be used after a complete evaluation! Hope this help

No!: In fact it can interfere w/ ovulation - especially in large doses. It's a VERY powerful drug - can be life-saving but BIG side EFX! Avoid it if possible but don't even think of it w/o medical need. See an OBGYN/fertility specialist.
