Decongestant: Limited use of a decongestant like Sudafed is relatively safe. Tylenol (acetaminophen) (OTC: over the counter) can also be used fo residual headaches. If symptoms are more allergy related, use of Zyrtec or Claritin is also reasonable.

Yes: As long as you don't use the long acting or timed release sudafed it's safe in pregnancy.
