Yes: As long as you don't use the long acting or timed release sudafed it's safe in pregnancy.

Yes: Yes, sudafed is generally considered safe in pregnancy. If you do not have any medical conditions which prevent you from taking sudafed when you are not pregnant you can typically take it diring pregnancy. As with all medications in pregnancy, you should only take it when you need it. If you are uncertain or your symptoms don't improve see your doctor.

Yes: In 3 studies looking at sudafed use in over 2500 pregnant women, no increased risk to the baby was documented. Of course, copious fluids, neti-pots or steam baths, and chicken soup are always preferable over medications, but a rip-roaring sinus headache for 24 hours can change anyone's mind! always follow label instructions.

Yes: Sudafed is an acceptable medication for cold symptoms in pregnancy unless you have high blood pressure.
