Thyroid XS: Your suppressed TSH indicates, as you know, that your synthroid (thyroxine) dose is excessive and needs to be reduced (as it was - but it takes days to weeks to wear off). Meanwhile, the XS thyroid accounts for your rapid heart beat. No need to invoke a cardiomyopathy to explain it .
