No problem: Unless u have problems other than early pregnancy, stairs do not present problem.U can safely do anything if you can talk while doing it, don't get excessively hot, and don't do things like bungy jumping, sky diving, para-sailing, etc.(I've seen patients do all of these). Wear your seat belt across your lap not over the top of your uterus and avoid blows to the abdomen. Basically use common sense

Yes: Walking (including stairs) is safe and recommended in pregnancy. A well balanced diet is one of the most important considerations for a healthy pregnancy.
