May be both: If you have been trying to conceive for 6 years, it is time you both get a complete health check up. This includes a sperm count and a complete hormone evaluation and pelvic exam.

Testing?: You both need testing! Start with your male partner as this is much easier to test than a woman. If he has enough sperm or the motility is ok, then it most likely the female with some issue. This may be of much more help in working out the problem. NO finger pointing in this regard.
