CT scan: Several things can happen in the upper lobes of lungs. First...tuberculosis. Blebs can also occur there. Aspiration pneumonia can present there as well. You need a CT scan. Cancer might also present like this. Don't get crazy...just see your doctor soon.

ElementaryDearWatson: There are generally accepted patterns of normal lung anatomy with chest x-rays, CT, MRI,etc.So something"suspicious"means possibly not normal. And "opacity" is something denser than it should be in the area being looked at.Such findings could be old or new, significant or insignificant depending on the specific situation(symptoms,history, physical findings), which is up to the doctor to figure-out
