Possibly pregnant: If you are late for your period, have had unprotected sex, and now you have breast tenderness, then it is very possible that you are pregnant. You might want to take a home pregnancy test. Good Luck.

No worries: These are normal hormonal changes and your breasts should return to normal after your period. You can take NSAID OTC Tylenol (acetaminophen) or mild diuretic (Rx by PCP).
