See a cardiologist: The quantification of your EF as 25 or 30% may in point of fact actually be no difference if these measurements are based on visual inspection via echocardiogram and with different readers (i.e. interreader variability). If the quantification is more objective by MRI, or MUGA, or SPECT, then more reliable. Either way, you ought to be on optimal medical therapy & rule out ischemia as a cause.
