The : The first thing to do is to go to your doctor to get another pregnancy test. A blood test is more sensitive than a urine pregnancy test. If you are not pregnant, you may have had an irregular period, which often happens in normally cycling women about once per year. We tend not to do additional testing unless there is a pattern of irregular periods.
