Is it normal to feel a little dizzy day after acupuncture? also, can it help with asthma and to support thyroid?

Acupuncture: Major energy movement treatments can be especially helpful with asthma. I would use it as an adjunct to your current treatment. Acupuncture is reported to assist with thyroid issues - but I can not address this from personal experience. Insure that you have eaten before your acupuncture treatment and that you are well hydrated. Go slowly from lying to sitting to standing. Sit for a while if dizzy.
