Depends: Mild bleeding is not uncommon in early pregnancy. However, if it is more than spotting, you should consult your doctor to rule out a threatened abortion. You may also repeat hpt to see that it is still positive. If it turns out to be negative, that would indicate loss of an early pregnancy.
