Be careful: Need to consult with your OB doctor, but non-medicated things such as saline irrigation should be safe again, check with your OB office. Most have a list of medications that can be safely taken in pregnancy.

A few: Tylenol (acetaminophen) for any of the aches, sudafed for the congestion (assuming no hypertension), and Benadryl for sneezing and watery eyes. Best to avoid combination preparations.
