Not sick but having dizzy spells off and on and twitching in hands for few days otherwise feel fine why?

Twitch and dizziness: Doing lab work to rule out the basic concerns such as diabetes, blood sugar drops. Allergies and sinus issues can cause dizziness. Twitching can be stress related and usually benign. Tends to resolve in its own. If symptoms do not resolve then a dr visit and lab work would be in order. Sedalia used to be my home town!
