i've had back tingling and hand spasms and get dizzy spells, are these symptoms connected?

Spasms: This could be something as simple as a pinched nerve correctable with physicial therapy or something more serious such as a neurological disease. Please discuss with your physician and get a good neurological examination.

Not likely: 3 symptoms are not likely to be from single disease but neurological examination should help clarify.
