No risk: HIV dies with drying. Nobody has ever been known to be infected by such an exposure and you won't be the first. No worries and no need for testing.

Very low risk: If you did not touch what you thought was blood, you are not at risk for HIV. Unrelated to your question: Practice safe sex, Get HPV vaccine, exercise regularly and If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or IUD.
