Maybe: If by "preworkotT" you mean any one of a number of supplements, then none is known to interact negatively with lisdesamphetamine (Vyvanse). On the other hand, such supplements are not fully regulated or studied, so one can't speak with the usual degree of certainty.

Careful of stimulant: Many suppliments contain caffeine, ephedrin or other stimulating substances. You do not want to get overstimulated if you take them with Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). Consult a nutritionist to evaluate the suppliments you are considering.
