Could be: A 7 week ultrasound showing an enlarged yolk sac and heart rate of only 109 can mean abnormalities that can lead to miscarriage, can mean chromosomal or other fetal abnormalities, or can mean nothing and you have a healthy baby at term. While not reassuring, it is not time to write this pregnancy off just yet. A repeat ultrasound in a few weeks could be completely normal. I hope that is the result
