Symptoms? Impossibly: Rare. U always have the option of going to the ER for any symptom that arises suddenly; however, an infx of the vagus nerve isn't possible unless u've had chest/head/neck surgery or other instigation. What symptoms do u have? Vagus nerve infx r EXTREMELY rare. I've never heard of it happening, & it shdn't happen without cause - i.e., surgery, trauma, or a device nearby that gets infected.
