Urinary tract infect: Uti or urinary tract infection comes to mind when someone complains of stomach pain (typically above pelvis) and reports bloody urine, especially if frequent urgent painful urination. If it's one sided flank pain that comes & goes w/bloody urine, we think kidney stones. If it's painless bloody urine, we worry about bladder cancer, especially in smokers. So go see family doc for eval & treatment.
