I have dry skin on the outer part of my inner ear if that makes sense where the ear folds it's all dry skin behind, what is this and what can i do?

Possible eczema: Could be eczema, if normal moisturizer cream and lotion not helping, could try a bit of hydrocortisone cream, but if no change or recurs even after use for a few days, see an MD, skin cancer is always possible, especially on the sun exposed ear, and if only unilateral dryness.
