I have a 3 month old child to breastfeed, but i am losing to much hair.what should i do? please help

Telogen hair loss: Hair loss 3 mos after child birth often means new hairs growing and pushing out old, inert hairs. Probably it is self-limited and will be OK in a few weeks. Forget the omega-3 which is a waste of money.
