Probably nothing: The drug of concern in SYnflex is naproxen. Most of the data on this drug relates to the 3rd trimester and probably about continual, chronic use of the drug. Not likely that a single dose in the early first trimester would be a problem. Good Luck.

LikelyOK,but no more: Likely OK, but avoid further. Officially, Synflex (naproxen) is pregnancy class C (risk can't be ruled out). A 2011 Canadian study showed twice risk for miscarriage after any prescription NSAIDs in 1st trimester. In all, there was one miscarriage per 1000 pregnancies,so 2X risk is not huge.Although risk was same for all doses, exposure determined from pharm records;no info regarding a single pill.
