Lower sugar: As a podiatrist, i'm always recommending my patients on how to lower their blood sugar. Diet, research which foods are high in glucose such as bread and fruit. Eat smaller portions more frequently. Stay away from buffets. Exercise, 20 mins. A day after a meal. Do lower impact cardio such as biking, swimming, running on the elliptical or treadmill. Meds, see your family dr. About the proper pills.
