I'm taking lisinopril for high bp and it has been a year. my bottom number is always 100 plus in the morning. my doctor doesn't seemed concerned with my morning numbers. what do i do?

High BP: In absence of DM or Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), the usual recommended BP is less than 140/90. In presence of DM and CKD, less than 130/80 is usually the recommendation. If you mean diastolic blood pressure by "bottom number" then consistent 100 or higher is surely an abnormally high number. A random high number once in a while may be acceptable but frankly discuss with you doctor about this.
